Bahamas 2011
Dear Fellow Real Estate Agents,

So my wife was telling me that our good friends are going to the Bahamas this week.
Turns out the husband, who works at Oracle, made it into the “Presidents Club” for sales – he does the tech side of sales – basically shows all the potential clients all of the technical things that Oracle software can do, answers their questions, gives them possible integration options, migration options, etc.
Anyways, so now, even in this "down" economy, Oracle is sending ALL of the Presidents Club people, AND their spouses, to the Bahamas for 7 days – all paid for!!!
Needless to say, they got their parents to babysit the kids, and left today!
Which got me thinking – hey, how come more entrepreneurs don’t set goals and rewards like that?......why don't real estate agents do that?!
So, here’s my proposal:
Set a goal - I don't care what it is - something that makes your financially successful, though. Could be 1 extra sale per month, 2 extra listings per month, WHATEVER.
It needs to be a monthly goal, starting in September, for 1 year.
If you hit that goal, then you go on a vacation to the Bahamas. No kids. Just adults. I'll even meet you there if I hit my goals, too.
All exepenses paid by your new-found profits.
If you hit your goals BEFORE the 12 months, great, then go early.
