I'm up and running even though Blackberry said they didn't support Agent Office.  I knew from articles I read online that it could be done.  I would get as far as when I had to browse (after the error message).  The video told me exactly what to do.  GREATLY APPRECIATED.  Have a great holiday weekend and hope to see you again soon at the RE/MAX convention in Orlando.

I only really want to synch my calender on the iPhone - I have been manually entering new clients as I sign them up and that is working fine. I will give Intellisynch a try.
