So my wife was telling me that our good friends are going to the Bahamas this week.

Turns out the husband,  who works at Oracle, made it into the “Presidents Club” for sales –  he does the tech side of sales – basically shows all the potential clients all of the technical things that Oracle software can do, answers their questions, gives them possible integration options, migration options, etc.

Anyways, so now, even in this "down" economy, Oracle is sending ALL of the Presidents Club people, AND their spouses, to the Bahamas for 7 days – all paid for!!!

Needless to say, they got their parents to babysit the kids, and left today!

Which got me thinking – hey, how come more entrepreneurs don’t set goals and rewards like that?......why don't real estate agents do that?!

So, here’s my proposal:

Set a goal - I don't care what it is - something that makes your financially successful, though. Could be 1 extra sale per month, 2 extra listings per month, WHATEVER.

It needs to be a monthly goal, starting in September, for 1 year.

If you hit that goal, then you go on a vacation to the Bahamas. No kids. Just adults. I'll even meet you there if I hit my goals, too.

All exepenses paid by your new-found profits.

If you hit your goals BEFORE the 12 months, great, then go early.

Pat Zaby holds many distinctions including past presidency of the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS), a favorite speaker at National Association of REALTORS conventions since 1979 and numerous franchise and state conventions.

He developed the CRS 205 Tax and Finance class in 1986 and has been building real estate technology marketing and productivity tools for over 20 years.

They've also got a handy way of tracking lead sources by URL (i.e. www.SundayHouseTour.com is what you would put in your ad, and then Success will track that lead when they fill out  a form).

Working hand in hand with Craig Proctor for many years, they've got a lot of the stuff Craig uses, as they are also the exact same company that Craig Proctor uses for his own websites.

Branded and Unbranded, they aren't cheap, but they do seem to have a high conversion ratio.

Other stuff they offer, which shouldn't be overlooked: "squeeze" pages, texting abilities, a listing syndication system (to get your listings on Zillow, Trulia, etc.), an auto-mailout follow up system (proprietary to them, you pay them to mailout the pieces, it's all automatic), custom page creation, Blog (haven't heard good or bad on this yet), and a good reporting to system to see lead sources.
