    John,

    Welcome and thanks for posting your question.  I know this is confusing with the two sites, but next time, please post your AgentOffice questions in the AOexperts.com website instead of the RealEstateTechnologyExperts.com website.  That way all the other AO users can benefit from your question and my answer…

    Follow the instructions from Google on setting up Outlook to send and receive your gmail.  Then, all you have to do on your computer is set your default e-mail program to be Outlook.  You can do this either when you first launch Outlook or by going to Control Panel – Default Programs – Set Default Programs. 

    AgentOffice simply looks to the Windows setting for the default e-mail program to get access.

    My main e-mail application is Microsoft Exchange which I've purchased through a Godday mail service.  I understand that will not work with Agent Office because it is not POP3/IMAP compatible.  So, I've started a Google Mail account and I'd like to connect that with my Agent Office application.  Can anyone give me some guidance as to how I'd get that set up?
