I didn't see the name of the company Robert was asking about but I use property web sites, using the address as the domain.  The company I use is Agency Logic and they're great.  I agree with Jim that it's more of a seller ego situation but I make up business cards with the domain name and give the sellers a bunch to hand out.  That gets traffic from their contacts.  It one more thing in my listing presentation that sets me apart from other agents.

I've heard of it and think it's an interesting idea.  I wish it had more of a lead capture element to it like when they call a hot-line for property information.  With the web you have to make something very compelling to get them to leave their name and phone number to follow up with.  It would definitely appeal to a seller's ego, even if you and I both know it will get more eyeballs on Realtor.com and on your company website.  I would offer it AND offer a hot-line option with a property ID.  Remember, not everyone will have a smart phone to pull it up on the web when they see it on the yard sign…  Try it out and let us know what you think!
