    I agree with what Sean said, but let me add a little clarity.  Simply put, AgentOffice has an easier learning curve and runs faster with more flexibility than TP as it is PC based.  I also like owning the program and controlling my data whereas with TP I rent the software and they hold my data hostage.  A single agent would be hard pressed to justify paying every month for Top Producer and a small team that shares an office space can network their computers and not pay the outrageous monthly fees to TP.  The only reason I would consider TP is if I were a team of more than 3 people all working from home and don't want to go to the expense of setting up remote access.  I hope this helps…

    Randy, before Jim wieghs in, I wanted to make sure you saw the article he wrote on this at http://topagenttechtools.com/a…..-producer/

    As I have learned, it's not really a matter of on vs. the other, it has more to do with your specific situation, and what you are trying to accomplish with your real estate business.

    I consider both of them about the same number of "pluses" and "minuses", although I will say Agent Office is MUCH easier to navigate than Top Producer.

    And we recently found a way to send more emails from Agent Office, than from Top Producer (Top Producer, as of this date, appears to be limiting the number of mass emails sent in one day, to 1,000 or so).

    p.s. I have used Top Producer for 18 years now, so I think I know what I'm talking about in terms of Top Producer.

    Do you still recommend Agent Office over TP.
