Here’s some handy info. to help both visitors and customers:

I’m Having Trouble Logging In:

Question: It says “this resource is available only to current members“, even though I KNOW I’m a member.
Answer: Make sure we have the right email address on file. If you have more than one email address, try that, or emails us at admin@realestatetechnologyexperts.com and we will verify the email address we have on file. The only other option is maybe your credit card expired or your billing address changed, in which case you can just email us your new info., or call us with ccard #’s at 651-964-4839.

Question: It is requiring me to change my “cookies” settings.
Answer: It’s probably a cookie issue on your browser.
Print out these instructions:
1. Try closing your current browser and opening a new browser window and logging in again.

2. If that doesn’t work, within Internet Explorer, go to Tools > Internet Options > General Tab > Browsing History > Delete > Delete Cookies > Yes.  This should delete any “bad” cookies for the site, on your computer. Try logging in again.

3. If that doesn’t work, make sure you have the most recent version of Internet Explorer 7 or 8, or you have the most recent version of Firefox. Safari can sometimes pose problems, and Google Chrome is not yet supported but may work.

4. If nothing works, it might be that you’re email is in our system twice. Just email us and we will get you going!

If you have a specific technology question, please post it in the Discussion Forum to ensure it gets answered. We do NOT answer technology questions via email – only via the Discussion Forum. So, in other words, we only answer sales and customer service questions via email.
