I'm up and running even though Blackberry said they didn't support Agent Office. I knew from articles I read online that it could be done. I would get as far as when I had to browse (after the error message). The video told me exactly what to do. GREATLY APPRECIATED. Have a great holiday weekend and hope to see you again soon at the RE/MAX convention in Orlando.

Jim---super fabulous seminar.
I can’t begin to tell you how much F-U-N you have made this business for me.
Technology has always been my passion for 31 years with Merck and Company in high-tech pharmaceuticals first as a chemical engineer, then as manager and ending as a corporate executive in charge of operations and worldwide quality assurance, I always sought out new stuff to keep the juices flowing. I was getting very stale in the real estate venture as second career until Craig Proctor and you came along.
Keep it coming and I will support and contribute anyway that I can!! ...Totally super-duper!! I am really looking forward to the monthly tech seminars from the technology membership.

JIM: You have got to love this email.
It is from a client living in (private), Idaho.
She said she had to delay a visit here to look at buying properties because her video business was going so well. I looked at her video, both, they seem to be one and the same. BUT, what I saw was not as good as what Shay Schwartzmann put together for us. Note she says she charges $2,500 per video plus travel expenses if away from the (private) area. (Her video is 6 minutes, 45 seconds and was a lot of natural beauty. Her tour through the home could vastly be inproved, some shots were too dark).
I present this to you with the understanding that you will protect the identity of my client. This is an alarming, loud evidence that you are presenting tremendous help to us agents out here in the field knowing you as a result of our association through AgentOffice. I received this email early this morning, may have come in over night.

and another follow up from Mark:
I am impressed with your management style and your overall programs.
Let me share this with you. Yesterday afternoon, about 2:30 I received a call from a client in Idaho. He wanted to see this really hot REO property and was going to get me to offer something else, elsewhere. He said he was going out of town and would not be back until after 11PM. I told him I would take my trusty camera and take some photo's for him and send them via email. I took 22 pictures and followed Shay's teachings. (I actually had to go back again and watch his presenting on making your movie, etc. Last night at 10PM i finished my MOVIE, only 8 scenes. I had evidence to show him to stay away from this property. Which he is going to. BUT THIS IS POWERFUL. As you know, clients want to SEE. Information on an MLS summary page is good, but photo's capture.
