Jim, I want to thank you for your fine instruction these past few weeks.

As a former teacher, I commend you on your organization, your presentation skills and most importantly, your ability to talk to your clients in such a way that each client feels that you are speaking directly to them personally.

Unfortunately for me, I will need to take some private time and revisit your taped sessions to continue on my quest to master this contact system. Once again, my thanks goes out to you and I will see you in Phoenix.

I have benefited from you guys by finally knowing how to organize my leads, keep in touch with past and current clients, and schedule automatic follow up letters.  In the past, I have lost money by losing buyer and seller contact information because I relied on a little note pad to keep tract of clients.
