		<description>FYI - There is also another reason you might not be able to open an attachment: if you receive an attachment that has been converted to a .dat file, it is because of the spam filter on the computer of the person who sent the file.

I&#039;ve had clients send me a Word doc (.doc), but it came to me as a .dat. So the client has had to change the settings in their spam filter in order to send it OUT. Otherwise, it instantly converts it.</description>
